CASK Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data CASK collects, what it is used for and how long it is kept. The data controller is Fernando Pastor (FPDEV Studios, Spain); you can write to ferpastor92@gmail.com.
Playing and multiplayer
CASK does not require an account for local play. If you use multiplayer, we collect an anonymous player ID, the username you choose and match statistics, to match you with other players, sync your progress and show statistics.
Usage statistics (FPDEV Pulse)
CASK sends anonymous statistics to our website (fpdevstudios.com) about how the game is played and whether it works well: a random installation ID, created on your device the first time you open the game (it is not the device's advertising ID); the device model, operating system, game version, language and time zone; and what happens in the game: when each session starts and ends and how long it lasts, the levels you start, win or lose, in-game purchases (product, price, currency and transaction number), game errors and performance (frames per second and memory). The country is worked out on our server from the connection; the IP address is not stored.
What we use them for
To count installs and active players, see which levels are too hard, find and fix errors and performance problems, and learn which purchases work. We do this based on our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the game. We do not use this data for personalized advertising, we do not sell it and we do not combine it with other apps or websites.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We only receive which product was bought, its price, the currency and the transaction number; we never see your payment details.
Where it is stored and for how long
The statistics are stored with Vercel, Neon (database) and Upstash, which may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Events are deleted after 13 months; after that only totals that identify no one remain.
Third-party services
Google Play, the App Store and the services used by multiplayer process data under their own privacy policies.
Children
CASK is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction of processing by writing to ferpastor92@gmail.com. Because the statistics are not linked to your identity, we may not be able to find yours; uninstalling the game deletes the installation ID from your device. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
