Who is responsible

FPDEV Studios is the independent studio of Fernando Pastor (Spain), who is responsible for the data described here. For anything about your data, write to ferpastor92@gmail.com.

Visits to this site

To know which pages people find interesting we use our own visit counter. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. For each page view we store the page address, the domain of the site you came from (if any), the country, whether you use a phone or a computer, and whether the visit looks like a bot. The country is worked out by our hosting provider from the connection: your IP address is not stored.

The random number in your browser

To count distinct visitors without identifying you, the site stores a random number in your browser's local storage. It is not a cookie, it holds no data about you and it is not shared with anyone. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

How long we keep it

Daily and per-page counts are deleted after 60 days. The list of recent visits only keeps the latest 200 (page, country, referring site, device type and a fragment of the random number). What remains afterwards are totals that identify no one.

Contact form

If you write to us, we use your name, email and message only to reply. The message is sent through Resend, an email delivery provider. We do not share it with anyone else.

YouTube videos

Some videos on this site are shown from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When they load or play, Google may receive technical data from your browser under its own privacy policy.

Hosting and providers

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps technical data about each connection (including the IP address) for a limited time for security. Visit counts are stored in Upstash. These providers may process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Why, and on what basis

We process visit data based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and improving it, and contact form data because you ask us to. We do not sell data or use it for personalized advertising.

Games and apps

Each game and app has its own policy, linked on its page and in the store. Some of our games, such as CASK and The Long Reign, send anonymous usage statistics to this same site through our FPDEV Pulse system; what is collected and why is explained in each game's policy.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction of processing by writing to ferpastor92@gmail.com. Because visit data does not identify you, we may not be able to link it to you. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
